I’m never surprised when I read that there are so many benefits to yoga for children. Stress relief, body awareness, and a boost in self confidence are just a few. My sons love watching Mommy do yoga and my oldest especially loves copying the poses himself. My boys even have their own yoga mats (one rocket ship and one robot)! I love having yoga as a tool to help teach my children to slow down, be aware of their breath and use their bodies in a healthy way.
