I jumped all in and signed up as an AdvoCare Independent Distributor in December and have been enjoying a wide variety of products ever since. I initially wanted to share these favorite products as part of my hospice fundraising efforts (read more here!), as I am donating 10% of all my September 2017 sales to a local organization. However, these are products I use and love consistently (and a lot of them – daily!) so these posts will be helpful long after my fundraiser has ended. Friday Faves – My Favorite Products, Part I

PRE is my favorite pre-workout, and it’s part of AdvoCare’s new FIT line. I mix it with water and go! I love the boost it gives me for the gym or running, without any jitters or other side effects. I have been using it regularly in my 10k training and will definitely have a PRE on race day!
OmegaPlex is a product I use daily, for a long list of reasons! There are many benefits to omega-3 fatty acids, but my favorite is the positive impact they have on the brain. Some of you may know I struggle with anxiety and depression. OmegaPlex is part of my wellness plan for managing those conditions.
Unlike other fish oils, there is no fishy taste, I promise. As a vegetarian who doesn’t eat fish, that was a must for me!
Spark! Where to begin with my love for spark?! It’s a healthy energy drink. Low calories, no sugar. Comes in tons of flavors but I love mango strawberry, cherry, pink lemonade, mandarin orange and fruit punch the most. This week at least!
I hang out with a 2 year old and a 4 year old all day so I need ALL the energy! Coffee (and I do love my coffee!) sometimes leaves me with a tummy ache or a crash. Spark doesn’t! It has the energy I need, but also helps with mental focus, so I often use it in the late afternoon when I need to sit down and get work done, or when I want to do a ton of house cleaning! It’s also a great pre-workout – if I’m all out of PRE.
In June of last year I ended up in the ER, after passing out at home. So scary! Turns out I was dehydrated, which is a little crazy since I drink tons of water. I learned from that experience that plain ol’ water is not always enough to replace what the body loses through sweat. Rehydrate aka “healthy gatorade” is now one of my favorite drinks on hot days and during and after intense workouts. Low cal, low sugar, no yucky ingredients! Also safe for ages 4 and up if you have kids playing sports!
#5 Meal Replacement Shakes
CHOCOLATE MOCHA. I feel like I shouldn’t have to say anything other that! I have tried several different shakes/protein powders over the last few years during my weight loss journey and nothing is as yummy as the chocolate mocha MRS! It’s one of my favorite snacks post-gym while I am busy chasing after the kids and making their lunches. Keeps me from grabbing something unhealthy and undoing all of my hard work!
#6 Nighttime Recovery
Nighttime Recovery is THE BOMB. Is that a cool thing to say anymore?! Instead of taking a handful of pain meds when I’m sore, I can take this herbal supplement. It really works well for me and has been so helpful during my 10K training. Definitely a bonus that it also helps me sleep, since that’s something I struggle with.
POST is another one of my favorites that comes from the FIT line. It’s exactly what it says it is – a post workout supplement. I love the chocolate flavor (it also comes in cinnamon bun) – I mix it up with water in a blender bottle before I head to the gym or out for a run. It’s ready to go as soon as I’m done. It helps me reach my protein goals for the day, it helps my body recover and repair after a tough workout, and hello, it’s chocolate! Having a post-workout snack also keeps me from making bad decisions at lunchtime. I sometimes like to mix POST with the AdvoGreens Snack Shake for extra protein and nutrition, but we’ll talk about that some other day …
