#8 Probiotics Restore ULTRA
Last winter was really rough for me in terms of illness, so probiotics are something I am making part of my daily routine as cold and flu season approaches! Healthy gut, healthy immune system, fingers crossed for better health this year! Highly recommend this product if you’re like me and have little people around who like to cough on you or stick their dirty fingers in your mouth! #thestruggleisreal
#9 VO2 Prime Bars
I feel sick if I workout on a full stomach, but I can feel sick if I’m hungry too! Enter VO2 Prime bars – the perfect solution! Made with beets, blueberries and cranberries, they are really yummy. VO2 bars are substantial enough to fuel my workouts (or runs), yet light enough to not weigh me down. Not to mention all the magical ingredients that help with my stamina!
Catalyst is a super popular AdvoCare product, and for good reason! Some people say it is like “shrink wrap for your muscles.” If you want to look lean, use catalyst. What is it? BCAA’s (Branch Chain Amino Acids)! Catalyst feeds my muscles, helps me recover faster, boosts my energy and helps reign in my appetite. I have used it during 24 Day Challenges (more on that later!) and just in every day life!
#11 AdvoGreens Snack Shake
Most Americans fail miserably when it comes to eating enough servings of fruits and veggies daily. Myself included! It’s a shame because fruits and veggies are full of phytonutrients, which are so good for us! A diet rich in phytonutrients leads to strong muscles, a healthy immune system, the ability to detox out yucky substances, as well as healthy organs and tissues. On the days I fail with my diet, I turn to the AdvoGreens snack shake to get my phytonutrients (as well as plant based protein, fiber, prebiotics, and probiotics). It’s easy to mix up with water, but you could also add it to a smoothie or meal replacement shake!
#12 24 Day Challenge
The 24 Day Challenge is where many people start their AdvoCare journey. For me personally, it was a Spark and THEN a challenge. I could send you a whole list of the products included and the ingredients and so on, but what you really need to know is the challenge is about a healthy lifestyle. It’s not a fad diet, or a magical weight loss pill. It’s not exercising for 24 minutes every day for 24 days in a row and then never again. It’s not about being low carb, or low fat, or restricting your calories. It’s so much more than the products you take for 24 days, it’s learning (or re-learning) how to make healthy choices. It’s about Day 25 and beyond too.
#13 AdvoGreens Meal Replacement Shakes
I love the regular AdvoCare meal replacement shakes, but these AdvoGreens ones are even better! They are vegetarian and dairy free. And they come in super yummy flavors like chocolate chip cookie dough and salted caramel. So much more than shakes, I am starting to get a reputation for the chocolate chip peanut butter protein balls I make with these! Have you tried one yet? Yum!
Slim is a cool product! The lemonade flavor is really delicious and contains a little caffeine for that extra boost so many of us need. Slim is great for those who need help with appetite control and cravings. Perfect to drink around lunch time to make sure you don’t overdo it calorie-wise the rest of the day. If you’re wanting to lose weight but can’t commit to a 24 Day Challenge just yet – consider taking a Slim challenge instead!
