Happy New Year Friends!
I hope 2016 is off to a wonderful start for you!
For me, January has always been a time of reflection, organization, de-cluttering, and goal setting. After the hustle and bustle, and financial pressure of the holiday season, let’s keep the January yogi wishlist short and sweet!
I’m currently wishing for …
*Some Organization Inspiration*
I know I already have way too many books on my reading list between my 16 books to read in 2016 and the financial books listed in this post, but this one is really calling to me! The Complete Book of Home Organization is written by one of my favorite home/organization bloggers (A Bowl Full of Lemons), so I already know I would love it!
*Two Butt-Kicking DVD’s*
I’m seriously considering quitting the gym for financial reasons, but that scares me because I also set a goal to lose weight! If I have to exercise at home exclusively in 2016, I know Jillian Michaels is my go-to girl! Yoga Meltdown and Yoga Inferno both look like great workouts. Have you ever tried her 30 day shred? It’s so good, but so hard! I already own that one and should really dust it off! I love that her workouts usually include multiple levels, so you can increase the intensity as you get fitter.
*A Mexican Yoga Blanket*
Another yoga tool to add to my toolkit! Do you use a mexican yoga blanket? Yoga with Adriene uses them fairly often in her videos, so I’d love to have one for my at home practice. They can be used to provide extra padding for your knees, or a boost under your hips, for keeping your warm during savasana, and so much more!
*Clean White Sheets*
Nothing would make me feel more refreshed and renewed for the new year than a brand new, fluffy, cozy, comforter and sheets. I love the extra crisp and clean look of white. This bed set would make me feel like I was on vacation in a luxurious hotel. Makes me want to head to bed early and really get rejuvenated in 2016!
Are you wishing for anything that will help you meet your goals in the new year?
